His tails, while a bit annoying and adding to his general air of endless, restless motion, are still pretty much harmless. Serph's wings are lovely, and even if they aren't flight-worthy, they're certainly useful as blankets. And these little feathers don't really hurt anything if they're not being plucked.

Serph's tail is a bit of a pain, but, well, you can't win everything.
